Оптимизация расхода ферросплавов

Автоматический расчет необходимых навесок ферросплавов в сталеплавильном цехе (на участке от выпуска металла из конвертера в ковш до отдачи на разливку).
При этом обеспечивается требуемый химический состав стали и исполнения технологии производства при минимальной стоимости отдаваемых материалов.
 

Интеллектуальная система мониторинга и контроля агрегата печь-ковш

Система осуществляет мониторинг и контроль: продувки металла аргонов «свободного борта» сталь-ковша, технического состояния крышки печь-ковша; попадания легирующих и шлакообразующих материалов в стальковш; электродинамических режимов работы электродувной установки.

Valery was born in 1988.
In 2010, he graduated from Orenburg State University.
From 2009 to 2013, he worked in the Russky Standard Bank, Promsvyaz Bank, MKB in the positions of the retail division manager and the customer service manager.
From 2013 to 2016, Valery held a position of the key account manager of the Titan Corporation (ventilator production).
From 2016 to 2018, he worked as Deputy Head of the B2B Department at the Unified Electronic Trading Facility.
Since 2018, Igor is the Chief Sales Officer at DATANA.
